When a customer avail the services offered by Simplr Solutions Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Simplr") vide the online application forms and questionnaires, Simplr may become privy to your personal information like name, date of birth, current and previous addresses, telephone/mobile phone number, email address, bank account or credit card details, occupation, driving license number or any address proof or Identity proof and his Simplr username or password etc.
Simplr is committed to protect the privacy of its subscribers and has taken all necessary and reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the customer information.
This privacy statement sets out the approach of Simplr in the treatment of the customer’s account/personal information. It includes information on how Simplr collects, uses, discloses and secures customers personal information. Simplr assure that any personal information will not be shared to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted advertisement. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the advertisement.
The customers would be required to support and cooperate with Simplr to ensure the security of the information by not disclosing their User ID and Password or any other information specific to internet connection to any other person.
Simplr reserves the right to update or modify this privacy policy at any time and display the same in their website and MobileAPP without any notice to the customers and such postings will be deemed to have read and accepted by the customers.
